I’d been wondering where Mike was, and missed hearing Mike’s voice on his morning show. I’ve talked with quit a few financial planners, and listen to alot of them over the years on the radio. The one thing that made mike stand out to me was that he was always so friendly, and seemed like he really cared and wanted to help people.
I was so shocked, and deeply sadden (still crying) to hear of his passing. Everytime I go pass the steak house in Westminster Co. I think of him.
I want to send my deepest sympathy to his family, and say a pray for them,
I can not just believe this. He had been my companion when I drive from home to off in the morning… Thank thank for sharing brutal and had hitting facts. Your words has made me better investor. Pray to God for Mr.Mike sole to rest in peace.
I enjoyed my morning drive listening to the show. I was very shocked when I listened this morning. My heart out to his family. I heard his son this morning and I know how hard it must be.
I am a regular listener of the show. Mike Robertson was the most interesting financial professional I have ever
Listened to. He was knowledgeable, sincere, honest and great to listen to. I looked forward to listening to Mike
and Peggy daily. I admired his love of God and family. It was great to hear about his sons from time to time. The world needs more people like him. Heaven has welcomed another great one.
It was needless to say a great shock to hear of Mike’s passing. It always seems to happen to wonderful, intelligent, benevolent and just plain good people in the prime of life. Rest in peace mi amigo.
My wife and I moved to Kerrville, Texas in December 2012 and while driving around turning the dial on the radio to find something worth listening to I stumbled upon their (Mike Robertson and Peggy Tuck’s) radio show. I liked what I heard so I became a regular listener and still am to this day. I listened for about 18 months and made an appointment for a financial review and Mike became our financial adviser that day. Brilliance, honesty, and truly a love for what he did exuded that day. He and Peggy became great friends right there and then and we had numerous occasions to meet and break bread at our home here in Kerrville. The next time we were to get together my smoked brisket was to be on the menu and as a result of that not happening every time I place a brisket on the smoker I think of Mike. He was a great man.
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountaintop, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.”
― Kahlil Gibran, The Prophet
I met his son Chase at Mike’s memorial and it goes without saying that there stood a young Mike. He told me that he would be stepping into Mike’s shoes at the company and even though those will be some shoes to fill so to speak, he is the person that can fill them and make his father an even prouder dad. The best to you in your new endeavor Chase.
I do miss hearing Mike give us all his wisdom in the a.m. in Denver while I walked my dog on his morning walk. I learned so much on those morning walks from his knowledge from many years investing. I will certainly miss him. Marjorie Hagist
What a shock! I never met Mike, but I felt like I knew him by listening to him every morning on my way in to work. I will miss hearing him say, “I hope you make a little money today, but more than anything else I hope God blesses you and your family.” (That’s who gives us “the ability to produce wealth” in the first place — Dt. 8:18.) Maybe every once in a while you could re-play that blessing at the close?
We were surprised and saddened by the passing of Mike. My wife and I enjoyed attending a number of Mike’s dinners and I’ve been a dedicated listener of his radio show for a few years now. I really appreciated Mike’s investment guidance and education. He will truly be missed.
I just learned that Mike passed away. Quite a shock. I didn’t always agree with or appreciate his non-investment related commentary but I really appreciate that he so freely shared his investment knowledge. I have listened to the show on my morning commute for the past few years and feel like I am much smarter about money and investing from listening to Mike and his guests. Mike seemed like he really valued being of service which is rare these days. I attended some of the dinners he hosted up here in Denver and thoroughly enjoyed the events and the information that was provided. I hope the show can continue on..I am sure that is what Mike would want.
I was shocked to know that Mr. Robertson was not with us anymore! Mr. Robertson was a friendly, helping, loving and a caring person. Mr. Robertson’s knowledge and expertise in financial industry were amazing and un-match able. He provided analysis on different financial sectors on the talk show and explained his point of view and logical reasoning behind his thoughts about financial market for free. He gave his honest opinion about different sectors and provided guidance to hundredths and thousandths of people including me in achieving their financial goals without any self-interests. So many people benefited financially from his sincere and selfless advice. May God forgive him, bless him, send him to heaven and give patience to his family to cope with his loss. My family and I praying for him and his family during these hard times.
We will miss him for the rest of our lives!
Good Bye Mr. Robertson!
My heart goes out to Mike & Family and Mike will be missed!
We have lost a really good man! Rest in Peace, God I really hate saying that for anyone, but no choice there!
I was saddened to here if Mike’s passing. He and Peggy have been an enjoyable companion on the morning commute to work for many years now. I’m kicking myself for never having attended one of his dinner presentations, so I could meet him in person, however, as another person mentioned, I felt like I knew him. Mike’s presence on the radio show always reminded me of that favorite uncle, dispensing common sense and wisdom. We’re all in his debt, although I don’t think Mike would see it that way…may he rest in peace and my condolences to his family.

Mike got me up every morning with this radio show. Will not be the same without him. My thoughts and prayers and with the family and staff. RDG

He was a professional at providing his audience with such great information. He helped me start everyday. I will miss my radio friend. 😢

Still miss hearing your friendly voice on the morning show.

Remembering Mike on his Birthday. He would be proud in the way Peggy and Chase have continued his legacy.
